Trough its Participating Mezzanine Cash Flow Debt Vehicle, Wells focuses on real estate opportunities with targeting returns in the 13.33% to 15.43% annualized, giving SFO Co-Investment Partners, Family Offices, Insurance Agents and select partners the flexibility to select option one: 18 months or option two: 28 months duration to match their or their client’s individual investment mandates.
Option three is a 36-month Mezzanine Loan that offers NO monthly payments, however, you get 100% ROR at maturity.

PROPIETARY TECHNOLOGY & PROCESS
Their patent-pending, proprietary Remediation Process Centers (“RPC(s)”) allows them to use recover hydrocarbons from contaminated soil.
The RPCs each have the potential to clean from 20 tons to 40 tons of contaminated material per hour, depending on the nature of the material being processed of contaminated material.
Each RPC has the capacity to extract up to 500 tons per day of material and if such material has at least 10% per oil there willl be approximately 250 barrels of extracted hydrocarbons each day.
